Q1. I can get hosting for $9.95. Why should I get any other service?
A1. This is the biggest myth in hosting. True you can get hosting for this price but remember you get what you pay for. These companies overload their servers which cause slow downs and constant down time. Which in turn means lost sales and leads for you. Good luck getting their tech support.

Q2. How much space do I really need?
A2. Don't fall into the hype of 300mb of space. The average website is less then 10mb of space. In most cases 50mb should last you a life time. We currently host an ecommerce site with 5000 images. The site is still less then 400mb.

Q3. What are the front page extensions and do I need them?
A3. Front Page is one of the easiest web site editing tools. Without the Front Page extensions on the server, you cannot edit your site if you are using their software. Although most hosting companies avoid Front Page, we give you the extensions free of charge. Keep in mind we are experts in Front Page and can help you with any questions.

Q4. What is webstats and how do I get it?
A4. Webstats tell you who is hitting your website, how many people came to it, what search engines they found you in, etc. Although most hosting companies do not provide any site statistics we give them to you Free. We feel its important for you to know this information. How else can we help you grow your business.

Q5. When and how do I log in?
A5. You own your site. We give you full access 24hrs a day - no questions asked. You will be provided with a secure login that only you have access to.

Q6. Is there a guaranteed up time?
A6. Absolutely!! One of our servers has been up for more then 600 consecutive days. The only reason it isn't longer is because we upgraded the memory. If you find your site down for a 24hr period, we give you the whole month free. How's that for putting the money where the mouth is.

Q7. Can I try your service for Free?
A7. Absolutely! Your first month is Free. Try us out. Then make a decision after you are completely satisfied.

Q8. What is your connection to the internet. Will my site load fast?
A8. We have 3 DS-3's (45Mbps) on separate and diverse backbones (Genuity, Global Crossing, Applied Theory) - thus giving you the fastest connection. You still need to make sure your site and images are optimized for fast loading time. Call us, we will help you with that.

Q9. what is bandwith? How much traffic can my site get?
A9. We really don't set a limit on bandwith long as its reasonable. Once your traffic becomes too much for the server we might suggest some of our other hosting solutions.

Q10. Can I manage my own emails? What will my email be?
A10. Yes. You don't want to have to call someone everytime you want to add or delete an employee from your email list. Your account is setup so up so you can simply login in and add or remove any user.

Your email will be yourname@yourdomain.com. You won't need an aol, hotmail or yahoo account anymore. This way no matter where your site is hosted you will always have your email

Q11. Do you host any website?
A11. The answer is no. We do not host adult sites. We also do not host sites with content that is illegal, of drug use or derogatory to any ethnic, religious or gender group. You see these are the types of sites that hackers go after. You don't want to be on the same server as one of these sites.
